A PDtoots tutorial, made in PowerDirector 8 and using free graphics software - Paint.NET - looking at HOW transparent frames can be created from images & blank pages, then applied in PowerDirector, using the PiP tracks. A similar process can be used to create templates and titles - and to isolate backgrounds from a subject. These will be explored in the follow up tutorial.
