Mike is making a return presentation, this time about air quality (he gave a talk about water quality in April). He is a longtime West Covina businessman and West Covina High School graduate. Mike has served on numerous local and county Boards of Directors, including the South Coast Air Quality Management District Board. For the last 25 years he has served as the Senior vice President of the Construction Industry Coalition on Water Quality developing regulatory policies on water quality and water supply. For five years he chaired BizFeds involvement in the development of a stormwater tax to support projects to reuse rainwater in Los Angeles County.
