【54】NHK大河ドラマ「利家とまつ」(2002年)の放送にちなんで作られました。　大名駕籠を模した豪華二段重の中は加賀前田藩の歴代藩主が宴席の際に食してた献立を参考に現代風に味を整えたお弁当です。　金沢の郷土料理「冶部煮」が駅弁のおかずとして入ってるのも珍しいと思います。 Japanese food culture : Eki-Bento (Ekiben). Toshiie-Gozen Bento.
